お使いの iPhone の機種、iOS のバージョン、起きていることをお書きいただくと、確認が早くなります。使用量の画面を送る時は、アカウント名やメールアドレスが写っていないことをご確認ください。
よくある質問
Mac やアカウントは必要ですか
いいえ。手入力とサンプルデータは、Mac もアカウントもなしで使えます。
手入力した値が「古い」と表示されます
値は入力から10分たつと古い値として表示されます。残りが変わったら、入力し直してください。
Mac の値が届きません
Mac 側で共有をオンにし、iPhone の設定で「Macの使用量を受け取る」をオンにして、両方を同じ Apple アカウントでお使いください。iCloud 同期の初期設定はオフです。
iCloud に保存された値を消したい
iPhone の「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「iCloud」→「アカウントのストレージを管理」（または「ストレージを管理」）を開き、一覧に UsageRings があれば選んで、データを削除してください。Mac では「システム設定」→ 自分の名前 →「iCloud」の「管理」から削除できます。iPhone の中の値は、アプリの設定の「ローカルの使用量を削除」で消せます。
Pro の購入を復元するには
Pro の画面で、購入を復元する操作をお使いください。同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしている必要があります。
返金
購入は Apple が処理します。返金は Apple のページ からお申し込みください。
データを消すには
設定の「ローカルの使用量を削除」で、この端末とウィジェットの値を消せます。詳しくは プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

Questions about UsageRings: hello@sirailway.com. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened.
- No Mac or account is needed for manual entry and sample data.
- Manual values show as stale after 10 minutes. Enter them again when they change.
- For Mac readings, turn on sharing on the Mac and iCloud sync on the iPhone, using the same Apple Account on both. Sync is off by default.
- To delete synced values from iCloud: Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage (or Manage Storage) → UsageRings, if listed → Delete Data. On a Mac: System Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage. Values on the iPhone are removed with “Delete local usage cache” in the app's settings.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. Use restore on the Pro screen with the same Apple Account. Refunds: Apple.
